IS Homeschooling Right for My Child?

Is homeschooling right for my child? That is a really BIG question with a not so easy answer. My kids have been in private Christian schools and have been homeschooled. For us, we prefer to homeschool. However, at different seasons of our lives this is not what was always possible. I have been a teach for over 20 years. I spent time as a private school principal as well. During those years, my kids were in classrooms at the schools I was working at. That worked perfectly for us during those seasons of life.

Now, that I am home, homeschooling my son again is exactly what we wanted to do. My oldest son has graduated and now my youngest son in a sophomore. Crazy how time flies!

There are so many options and ways that you can homeschool your child. You can have them do a full curriculum online, or the old fashioned way with books. You can teach or they can have an online teacher.
